NEW REPORT ON ACCESS TO CARDIAC CARE IN THE UK

BCS held a Press Conference at ExCeL on 2 June 2009 for the release of a new report called ‘Access to Cardiac Care in the UK’. The report was produced by Oxford Healthcare Associates and was jointly commissioned by BCS, British Heart Foundation and the Cardio & Vascular Coalition. The report is the first of its kind, reviewing recent trends and variations in access as well as projecting future need in Cardiac Care in the UK.
